14:43 Fair Isle Knitting Demonstration:

On a flat piece of knitting.....I demonstrate simple knit and purl stranding...and the basics of catching in floats on both a knit and purl row!

There is no one way, no right way....to hold you yarn....this is the way I do it....I can strand with my right, with my left, one yarn in both....I switch things up to relieve muscle stress....I suggest you try different methods also!
