Daisy did the draw for the Marie Wallin Winter Crochet CAL!  #MWWinterCAL You know when you really need to do something....things always go awry?  Well, this morning was one of those mornings.... First...skunk! The dogs were surprisingly quiet....but Lackie was running around the house sniffing everywhere and there was a subtle, but totally recognizable, smell of skunk! We do have one in the neighbourhood, that occasionally visits our yard....drives the dogs crazy and we think MAY BE LIVING under our front porch! Right now there is a skunk trap out there....day 2....we will see if the NIMBY man (Not In My Back Yard) will earn his payment! Then, this morning my printer will not work....so I hand wrote the entries.....no big deal...but fiddling with the printer for half an hour just to print a page is rather frustrating. Daisy...well, Daisy wasn't in the mood to do a draw today....maybe her sense of smell was interfering....if I can smell a tou...

Thank you all SO MUCH for entering this draw! I went through each and every entry, looked to see if you had mentioned Emley (the sweater I am knitting) and if so, you got a bonus entry. This made it a bit hard to set a random number generator....so I went with the old fashioned kind of draw....names on pieces of paper, bonus draws had a star on them, gosh my writing is absolutely horrible these days (who actually writes any more? I dictate on my iPhone and make grocery lists, everything that way...what is the world coming to?!?) ha ha ha....the draw.... I wrote each entry on a line of a note book, cut each line into a slim, long, entry folded them all in a little knot put them in my lovely new yarn bowl  ( see my K-W Knitters' Fair post for details) and picked a name!
