Happy New Year! I really fell out of communication here and on youtube with my 2022 Advent Knit challenge, didn’t I? Well, here are the 3 videos that detail what I had planned, how I progressed and while I didn’t finish as per the schedule I’d set myself….it is finished and I’m happy! This first video details the plan…..and also has updates on my sock knitting. This video was my week 1 update….and then, well, things all got complicated and I disappeared until well, right now! February 17, 2023! Yes, I’ve finished the gorgeousWonderland Shawl by Chloe Thurlow! It’s such an effective design - easy intarsia blocks broken up with a horizontal line…..and finished off with vertical crochet or embroidered lines for that tartan look! I used to ride like that back in the 70s. I liked it a lot so I can't blame Lackie!
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I would have problems resisting that cute little face, too. Our teacup poodle sits on the console between us up front and I can assure you, you DO NOT want Lackie to do that!
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of dog is Lackie? He's adorable!
ReplyDeleteHeh. Yeah, what a little face alright!
ReplyDeleteOur first two Westies, Winston and Katie, used to take it in turns to stand with their front feet on the console, their back feet on the folded down seats in the back of a Toyota Supra. They loved being able to see where they were driving. BTW, how do you keep Lackie and Daisy's beards so white? Bottled water? Our tap water has so much copper in it that Spike's beard is always stained.
