Introducing....Headline Ladies of the 60's and 70's...

From the first moment I saw these images, I knew that Studio 32 would be an amazing collection!

With Twiggy and ? is this in a Vidal Sassoon haircut and dramatic Mary Quant makeup as inspiration, named in honour of the great female singers of the era,
you know these designs are going to be stylish and and feminine,
retro and current, all at the same time!

Can you name the singers  from my hints?

(I knew most of them, but had to ask the Hubby for help with one.
Being a Brit he knew right away - he still amazes me!)

  1. Got 'em all! Piece of cake.

I'm kind of sorry to think that Twig, MQ, Sandie Shaw et al are retro.

The model slightly resembles Pattie Boyd, but not quite 'British Bird" like.

Ahhh, those were the days . . .

  2. The cover sweater looks very much like Julia Farwell-clay's Albers sweater in the summer Interweave Knits. Interesting convergence.
